Building faster, smarter, and future-oriented.
Mission
We increase construction productivity by rethinking construction workflows end to end, aiming to significantly improve productivity while preserving jobs, reducing waste, and lowering construction costs.
Our Mission Focuses On:
- Developing robust systems and materials through collaboration with industry and academia
- Increasing construction productivity by up to 60%
- Preserving skilled labor and domain expertise
- Reducing material waste and process inefficiencies to a minimum
Vision
We envision a digitally driven, efficient construction process for affordable yet customizable housing and elements in construction. By integrating digital planning we reduce complexity, uncertainty, and waiting times.
Our Vision Enables:
- High-quality homes that are customizable without becoming unaffordable
- Design through virtual planning
- Fewer intermediaries and a seamless transition from design to execution
- Build timelines reduced from months to weeks
- We want more people to be able to afford a roof above their heads. Not just locally, but also globally!
How We Deliver Our Mission
We focus on innovation and process optimization to reduce inefficiencies, complexity, cost, and waste in construction. All while improving speed, quality, and accessibility for the people who ultimately live in what we build.

System Development
We develop modular and versatile 3D concrete printing systems and materials in close collaboration with leading applied research institutions. By centralizing expertise across engineering, materials science, and automation, we create integrated systems that scale from small components to full-size living structures.
Our goal is to make advanced construction technology reliable, adaptable, and economically viable so it can move beyond demonstration projects and into everyday use.

Fewer Interfaces & Clear Responsibility
Costs and complexity increases with every additional interface within the overall construction process. We intentionally reduce the number of parties involved by taking responsibility for execution.
This approach lowers coordination effort, reduces errors and rework, and enables faster delivery. These improvements directly translate into lower costs and shorter timelines for customers.

Base Models with Real Customization
Just as cars are built on optimized base platforms, we develop region specific base house models that meet local regulations and market demand. These base models are designed for efficiency first but still customizable through digital design tools.
Additive manufacturing enables a high degree of individualization without increasing labor or production time, making personalization accessible rather than exclusive.

Continuous Efficiency Gains
Every object we manufacture feeds back into process optimization. Operational data enables ongoing improvements in speed, reliability, and automation, steadily moving toward autonomous manufacturing.
Higher efficiency directly reduces production costs, with long term benefits passed on to customers.

Material Where it Matters
Additive manufacturing allows material to be placed only where it serves a structural or functional purpose. This can reduce material use by up to 70 % without compromising performance.
We are developing multi-material methods that enable the switch between load-bearing and insulating material properties during printing. This removes additional construction steps and further reduces cost, time, and resources used.

A Versatile Portfolio
Our systems are not limited to a single application allowing us to serve a wide range of use cases.
Depending on configuration, they can produce individual small- to mid-scale elements such as stairs or structural elements manufactured in our production facility as well as large-scale structures manufactured on-site.
