Custom applications in 3D concrete printing

Formwork
Instead of traditional wooden formwork, we print custom concrete molds directly from digital models. These molds can be filled with conventional concrete where structural performance is required. Reinforcement can be placed into the formwork before pouring, while the printed formwork remains an integral part of the finished object. Depending on the desired appearance, surfaces can be left textured or leveled with mortar to achieve a smoother finish.
Stairs
3D printed stairs naturally feature an anti-slip surface created by the layered manufacturing process. For smaller staircases, stairs can be produced as self-supporting elements. For larger spans, they can function as printed formwork with optional reinforcement ready to be filled with conventional casting concrete. Installation is application-specific: stairs can be anchored to existing surfaces, or stabilized by their own weight.

Walls
Walls do not need to be flat.
Through robotic control and digital fabrication, material can be applied in free form geometries, enabling curved, textured, or highly customized internal and external walls. Pigments can be mixed directly into the concrete so color becomes part of the material itself. This removes the need for painting and reduces maintenance to simple cleaning.
Garden Elements
Garden design is inherently individual. Whether for fences, planters, or custom landscape elements, 3D concrete printing allows each piece to be shaped precisely to its surroundings and your desires. Integrated features such as planters within fences are designed as part of the geometry rather than added later. The result is outdoor architecture that fits its space without relying on standard components.

Seating
Concrete is a highly durable material that performs exceptionally well in outdoor environments. Unlike wood or plastic elements that degrade over time, concrete seating requires minimal maintenance and retains its structural integrity for decades. Seating elements can be combined with materials such as wood to introduce warmth and comfort for gardens, terraces, or barbecue areas.
Logos and Brand Elements
Custom concrete logos and brand elements provide a permanent physical presence, ranging from clean minimalist designs to more complex compositions incorporating glass or integrated lighting. Each element is developed to reflect the identity and character of the brand creating a lasting impression for costumers.

Interior Elements
From tables, shelves and counters to custom interior details, each piece is individually designed to suit its space and context. Concrete combines naturally with materials such as wood, metal, and glass, creating objects that feel both solid and refined. Color can be precisely adjusted during manufacturing to align with the interior concept.
– Coming Soon – Panels
To achieve a three dimensional printed aesthetic, it is not always necessary to print an entire wall. Printed concrete panels can be mounted onto existing surfaces and used as full coverings, partial accents, or filigree structures. They add depth and character to both interior and exterior spaces while allowing selective intervention rather than full reconstruction.

– Coming Soon – Columns
Three dimensional concrete printing enables the creation of columns inspired by historical stone construction. These forms would be impractical or prohibitively expensive to produce using conventional manual methods today. Columns can serve as decorative printed formwork or be reinforced and filled with cast concrete to become load-bearing structural elements. Surfaces may be left textured or smoothed to achieve the appearance of a single monolithic stone element.
